These disclaimers supplement, and do not replace, the disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. By accessing the Site or using the Plugin, you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers set out below.

Threat actors evolve constantly, and no software vendor can promise immunity.

We make no representation or warranty that:

• The Plugin will detect, prevent, mitigate, or block any specific attack, threat, or vulnerability;
• Your website, server, email, or data will be secure as a result of using the Plugin;
• The Plugin will keep your site online, your traffic flowing, or your email delivering;
• Any rule, configuration, or feature of the Plugin will produce a particular security, compliance, performance, or business outcome;

3. Not Affiliated With Cloudflare

Nahnu Fitness LLC and WP WAF Manager are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or otherwise associated with Cloudflare, Inc. “Cloudflare” is a registered trademark of Cloudflare, Inc., used here solely for descriptive and nominative fair-use purposes to identify the third-party service that the Plugin interacts with.

WP WAF Manager is an independent, third-party WordPress plugin that uses Cloudflare’s publicly available APIs to let WordPress administrators manage their own Cloudflare accounts from within the WordPress admin dashboard. We do not host, operate, resell, white-label, or replace Cloudflare’s services. All Cloudflare functionality, infrastructure, performance, billing, support, and policy enforcement is the responsibility of Cloudflare, Inc., and is governed by Cloudflare’s own terms of service, acceptable use policy, and privacy policy.

If you experience an issue with Cloudflare itself — such as an outage, a billing problem, a policy decision, an account suspension, or a feature limitation — that is a matter between you and Cloudflare. We have no ability to influence or escalate such matters on your behalf.

Any reference on this Site or in the Plugin to Cloudflare, Cloudflare features, Cloudflare APIs, Cloudflare documentation, or Cloudflare branding is for identification and interoperability purposes only and does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

4. Not Affiliated With WordPress, Automattic, or Other Third Parties

WordPress® is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Automattic, WooCommerce, SureCart, Stripe, Bricks, Elementor, Beaver Builder, and any other third-party names, marks, or logos referenced on the Site or in the Plugin are the property of their respective owners.
